Built from the inside out.

PharmaXion.ai wasn't built by technologists who decided to enter pharma. It was built by pharma commercial veterans who got tired of watching the same problems repeat themselves — slow CI, IC disputes, siloed analytics, junior consultants who needed three weeks to understand the data model — and decided to build a better way.

Our Story

Why we started

Between us, our founding team has spent over 35 years working inside pharma commercial organizations — brand teams, sales operations, market access, competitive intelligence. We've been in the brand team meeting when nobody had current CI. We've taken the call from a VP asking why IC payouts were wrong. We've sat in QBRs with outdated dashboards and had to explain gaps we couldn't actually see.

We founded PharmaXion.ai with a simple belief: the best commercial analytics comes from people who've actually done the job. Not people who learned pharma from a client brief last quarter.

We're based in New Jersey — which is not a coincidence. This is where pharma lives. We're close to our clients, embedded in the industry, and building something that reflects what commercial teams actually need.

Our Approach

01

Domain First

Every project starts with a commercial question, not a technology discussion. We ask: what decision are you trying to make? Then we build the analytics to support it. This sounds obvious, but it's surprisingly rare.

02

AI as an Amplifier

We use AI to make our domain experts faster, not to replace their judgment. ClinicalXion™ can monitor thousands of trial registries overnight. But it's a pharma commercial expert who decides what it means for your brand. The combination is what creates real value.

03

Speed as a Value

We believe the best analytics delivered fast beats perfect analytics delivered late. Our engagements start quickly, our pilots are short, and our clients see value in weeks — not after a six-month implementation cycle.
